Why I'm Developing the Lyons, Lions High School Alumni Web Site

I’m nostalgic. I have been very lucky in life. My parents Harold & Sylvia were the June and Ward Cleaver type parents. They taught me all the right ways to live life. The thing I really miss as I grew up and matured are the people I grew up around. Lyons High School Alumni and those that were only in Lyons for a short time, like Hank Schmidt, but were important in my life.

Many of you have seen me at your class reunions and it amazes me what a great group of people passed through the halls of Lyons High School. As we passed through that door for the last time and moved into the world of fending for ourselves we have lost touch with those that helped shape our lives.
